Officer Selection Process
Proposal Adopted: March, 2003
· Officer Nominations
o SAC has 3 Officer positions, as follows:
· Chair
· Vice Chair
· Secretary
o Individual members interested in pursuing SAC officer positions for the following year should contact Sr. Moe or the current SAC Chair directly to have their questions answered and/or express their interest in serving in office
o In addition, the SAC Executive Committee (Chair, Vice Chair, Principal and Pastor) should identify candidates and contact individuals to ascertain their interest in serving as officers.
· Officer Selection
o The SAC Executive Committee (see above) should meet to evaluate the potential officer candidates and develop recommendations to bring to the April SAC Monthly Meeting.
o In an Executive Session at the April SAC monthly meeting, officer nominee recommendations proposed by the Executive Committee will be discussed and validated.
