“Dream Big”

On behalf of Colette Rees, Nancy Bolton, and every hardworking team member of this year’s auction, I invite you to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the dream.  A Catholic community is uniquely rooted in the principles of service and sharing, and that is exactly what happens in this auction process.  I look into the faces of these children each day and thank God that I have been entrusted with such an amazing group of hungry, little minds.  Their teachers literally bloom in the planning and enactment of every learning opportunity.  To be immersed in such a dynamic and life-changing process goes beyond gift and well into the world of pure promise. 

Just as the Little Red Hen planted the seeds, tended the soil, watered the plants, reaped the harvest, and enjoyed the riches of her efforts….so too do your hands and hearts make the difference for all of us at St. Clare School.  What each of us can do becomes all the more fruitful as we join together in our mutually defined purpose of ensuring a sound operating budget for our year of learning.  Please lend your time and your talent to whatever extent possible and see what dreams we can reap here for our children!
