With less than two weeks to go, have you purchased your tickets?  Do you have the 26th marked? Are you ready to bid?  Remember to purchase your raffle tickets for our two fabulous raffles. 

Win a Spring Fling in Paris along with $2,000 in cash to purchase those airline tickets.  Raffle tickets are $10 each.  This raffle is to be taken the week of June 18-25 and it will include a decorated apartment suite with a fully equipped kitchen and lots of romance.  Our goal is to make $13,000 on this raffle.  We have reached the $7,000 mark and continue to climb.  We will take ticket purchases right up to the time of the drawing so please be sure you, your friends, neighbors, relatives, local merchants and your mailman have purchased their chance to win this romantic getaway!

Win a Dream Weekend for Six to The Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, California.  This raffle includes air for (6) from Portland to San Francisco via private Bombardier Learjet 31A.  Two nights accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton which includes three rooms with views of the Santa Cruz Mountains.   The winner will also receive $2,000 in cash.   This five-diamond golf and spa resort set atop an ocean bluff, overlooks 50 miles of coastline. Only 150 tickets will be sold.  Tickets are $100 each.

· March 19th - St. Clare’s Annual Irish Dinner will be held in the parish hall following the 5:00 p.m. Mass.

· April 12th - Spring Plant Sale.  More information to follow.

· April 16th - St. Clare School’s debut of “Casino Night”.  More info will follow after the auction.  Mark your calendars.

· June 4th, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. - Mom’s Martini Party at Molly Kalomiris’ home.  More info will follow - but keep that date free.

· June 17th - Summer break starts at noon!

DATES TO REMEMBER

· February 15th, 7:00 p.m. - St. Clare Church, Speaker Fr. Tom Farley on prayerful discernment, “Distinguishing God’s Voice Amid the Chatter” , childcare available.  Need a ride call 503.244.1037.

· February 17th - Science Fair, 6:30 p.m. for all middle school students and their families.

· February 21st - President’s Day, No School/No BASC daycare

· February 22nd - There will be no Dragon Post today.  Announcements will be in e-mail form should anything need to go out. 

CONGRATULATIONS  TO LIZ & GREGSON PARKER

Liz and Gregson Parker were the lucky winners of the $50 SCRIP certificate to Sylvia’s Italian Restaurant and Theatre.  We would like to thank everyone who participated in this contest!

We are in need of a SCRIP seller for the 4th Sunday of each month.  SCRIP is sold at coffee and doughnuts after the 9:00 a.m. Mass.  Please contact Joan Spiller, 503.245.6273, as soon as possible if you can help out (503) 245-6273.  This is a great way to earn PIP hours and meet people in the St. Clare Community at the same time!

Too busy to cook dinner?  We have some extra Izzy’s $20 certificates we would love to sell.  Stop by the SCRIP table in the school hallway and pick some up.
