Discussion: . The grand total for this year is approximately $35,000.00.  We had budgeted $28,000.  Thank you for the hard work 4th graders!

Nancy Richman will be in charge of Teacher Appreciation, Lynnette Howes will be the new Secretary, and Shawn Hagel will be the new Treasurer.  Tara Fitzpatrick has been confirmed that she will be the new Hospitality Coordinator – we are waiting to hear from Shelley Bigley to see if she will also help out with that position.

Financials

MaryKay had prepared a Proposed Budget for the ’07-08 School Year.  It was approved with a few minor changes.  We have added Catholic Schools Week and 1st day of school picnic.  Town Hall was reduced and Art Fair added. We may delete Grandparent’s Day as that has been taken over by the school.

 

Conclusions: . It has been decided that the $800 excess we had in our budget would be distributed to all the teachers to use towards their classrooms.
