New Business	Fundraising Chairs for ’07-08 School Year		Amy
Discussion: Amy hasn’t heard back from most of the Chairs yet to see if they plan on continuing next year. We will know by out meeting in March, and at that point will know what positions we will need to recruit for.

New Business	Preschool Fundraising		Amy
The Preschool is now responsible for doing their own Fundraising, and currently theirs is going towards Tuition Assistance. They need to raise between $15,000 and 18,000. The Preschool will also be selling
Sally Foster next year, but will not be in direct competition with the School. Families that have children at both schools will raise the money for St Clare. They will probably do their own Fitness Challenge, and may even implement some sort of program like the St Clare’s PIP. In the ’07-08 School Year the
Preschool will receive 5% of Auction Proceeds, but will also be contributing to the Auction.

The Hospitality position will be open as Catherine Baglien will be stepping down after this year.
Jamie Price will be Chairing the Fitness Challenge this year, will some help from Amy.

Discussion: SAC is looking for someone with Grant writing experience to assist them, and if it is a school
Parent, then hopefully they will also assist PTC with their fundraising.
The Paddle Bid this year is going towards Landscaping, and SAC will make sure that it is followed through, and implemented.

Sr Moe found from the Open House that Parents are looking for “Community” experience for their children. Per Patty, most of the people that attended the Open House had heard about St Clare from
Word of Mouth. That is our best source of Marketing! Currently enrollment is looking good for next year, there are only 2 spots open in Kindergarten, and Sr Moe feels we will have attendance of around
231 students again.
