VOLUNTEER POLICY

No BASC volunteers may have unsupervised access to children at any time, including during emergencies. The Archdiocese of Portland requires a background check on all school volunteers. The State of Oregon Child Care Division also requires that any volunteer be subject to an additional background check and enrolled in the Criminal History Registry.
