SCHOOL CLOSURES, HOLIDAY CLOSURES, & SNOW DAYS

In inclement weather, when St. Clare School is closed, BASC will also be closed for the safety of staff and children. St. Clare follows the decision of Portland Public Schools. Please stay tuned to the following radio stations: 1190 KEX and KINK 102, as well as TV stations, KATU 2, KOIN 6, KGW 8 or FOX 12 for updates and decisions. If St. Clare’s opens two hours late, BASC will also open two hours late. This means if the school opens at 10:50am, BASC will open at 9:00am (two hours after our original opening time).

SCHOOL INSERVICE AND NOON DISMISSALS

BASC PROVIDED:

St. Clare BASC will be providing full day programs on In-service Days, as well as Noon Dismissal Days. We will remain open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and will need advanced enrollment and payment in order to adequately staff and prepare for these days:

* Advanced Enrollment and payment must be completed for all Program Days, and will be accepted on a first come first served basis through a designated deadline. This deadline will typically be 1 week before the program date and space will be guaranteed to those who submit enrollment prior to this deadline. If you are late enrolling for a program day, space may not be available, due to staffing and planning availability.
