Stand Out and
Shine
It is
our goal at school to recognize those children who are doing a great job, those
children that are “standing out and shining.”
Each month we will have a character building trait. Teachers will choose
3 children who are showing these attributes and thus helping create a
welcoming, friendly, helpful atmosphere at St. Clare School. The themes for the
year will be as follows:
September: being
ready for class
October: being
a good listener
November: always
uses good manners
December: surprise!
January: is
helpful to others
February: is
loving and kind!
March: tries
very hard, gives a lot of effort in his/her work and play
April: surprise!
May: is
a good friend
June: surprise!
Each month we will hold a
school assembly to recognize these children and present them with a “Stand Out
and Shine” certificate.
