I am sure you have heard about the very heavy 8^th grade literature book. We do have DVD versions of the entire 8^th grade literature book available for any student to use as a supplemental book; however, these DVDs do not run on older computers that will play CDs but not DVDs. It also happens that we have an extra supply of 8^th grade books that we are able to sell to any parents who are interested for only $10.00 per copy. This is a great reduction from the normal price of over $60.00 per book. If you are interested in having a “home copy” literature text book, please make a check payable to St. Clare School, and have your son or daughter give the check directly to Mrs. Kollars. She will give the book to your 8^th grader and the money will go into the general St. Clare text book fund. Next year you can pass along that book to another 8^th grader who needs a break from carrying such a heavy book.
