Parent Signatures

Each day your child will write down the color of their card for the day on the bottom of their homework assignment notebook. Please sign or initial next to this. Assignment notebooks will be checked daily.

If your child receives a C- or below on a test or quiz it will be stamped with a Please Sign & Return. Please return the signed test the following school day.

On occasion an assignment may be stamped with a Please Correct. This is done to ensure that the student understands the material that is being covered. If an assignment needs to be completely redone I will communicate that. The assignment would not be counted late. The paper should be corrected, signed, and returned to school the following day.
