Book Report
Due
For this book report, you will choose
a novel and focus on the life of the main character. Your report will take the form of a
scrapbook. You are going to create the
scrapbook as if the character put it together.
The cover of your scrapbook should
include the character’s name, the title of the book, the author’s name, and
your name. Use your art supplies to
design a colorful, creative cover.
On the first page of the scrapbook,
write a letter from the main character to one of the other characters in the
book.
On the second page, draw, create, or
collect at least four souvenirs that the main character would have put into a
scrapbook. The objects should reflect
events in the story or important things about the main character.
On the third page, write a diary entry
from the main character’s point of view.
This entry should describe how the main character feels about himself or herself, and how he or she has changed during the
story.
On the fourth page, draw a picture of
the main character.
This report will be graded on neatness
and effort and correct spelling and grammar.
